Price Match Guarantee

At RelievingBody.com, we work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations :

• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
• The website can’t be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.).
• The item's price from competitor’s website must not violate MAP price policy established by the manufacturer (known as Minimum Advertised Price). Moreover, the item’s price must be protected by MAP policy.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
• The Price Match Guarantee includes only the item price. It excludes shipping charges, sales tax and other indirect costs such as customs and import charges.

We also offer a Price Match Guarantee on our own website.

• Price increase : we will honor the previous lower price for a period of 30 days. If the item is out of stock, the period will begin when it is back in stock.
• Price decrease : if the price of the item you ordered goes down within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.

To request your partial refund, simply use our Contact Us page and send a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website and we will process the credit accordingly. Note that you must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee. We invite you to contact us even if one of the item above doesn't apply as we will do our best to offer you credit.
