Returns, Replacements and Refunds



You can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. The product needs to be in its original condition, unused and shipped with original packaging to be accepted. If the product is used, not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.

If you return the product, the customer will arrange the shipment and the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 



If you wish to replace the product, round trip shipping charges to and from the warehouse will be shouldered by the customer and any difference in price of the products. 

You are responsible for insuring any parts or product shipped for replacement or returned. 

You assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment. 



Please note that some manufacturers charge a minimum of 15% up to 30% restocking fee either if the item has been opened or not. In these situations you can expect to receive a "partial refund" with manufacturers' fees deducted from the funds returned to you.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 2 weeks of our receipt of the returned product.


Return Process:

You need to contact us first before returning the product as some manufacturers have different return policies and may require you to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Relieving Body before you return an item. The RMA number must be printed or written clearly on paper and placed inside the package.

  2. We will provide you the necessary information (RMA, return label, etc.) before you return the product.
  3. After the product has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.



Can I cancel an order?

Yes, but do it quickly. The order can be canceled before we authorize the payment which is done shortly after your purchase. After the payment is captured, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. It will be treated as a return and fees may apply. We reserve the right to charge you a 20% administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.

If your order has been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered a return.
